Who We Are
UShine is an education consulting company with two core areas of work:

providing student-facing education programs such as after-school tutoring, interest courses, and immersion summer camp programs.
We focus exclusively on education and education-related pathways, working within academic planning, education systems, and licensing.
What We Do
Education Pathways & Career Consulting
We support students and early-career professionals who plan to enter the education sector, including future K–12 teachers and education-related professionals.
Our work spans academic pathways planning and application, Bachelor's/Master's program and credential analysis and selection, career pathways planning, exam preparation, in-program support, job preparation, and career entry—helping individuals navigate complex education systems with clarity and structure.
Rather than treating applications, exams, internships, and job searches as separate tasks, we connect them into coherent pathways that support real transitions into tenure education-related roles.
Student-Facing Education Programs
In parallel, UShine develops and operates education programs and curriculums for students, including after-school classes, interest-based learning programs, immersive bilingual experiences, and summer camps.
These programs are designed to support academic development, language proficiency, and multicultural understanding through structured learning and guided practice.
